Many of companies in the private and public sectors need constant development and keeping abreast of everything that is new in the way of running the business, and there are basic things that must be ascertained that they exist and applied for average or natural performance.
These include the existence of administrative, accounting, technical and human resources systems that implement these systems and clear and specific objectives for all departments that work on them and strive to achieve them. Therefore, standards must be established to measure the performance of all departments and strive to achieve them and to identify the gaps that lead to the loss of productivity and failure to achieve the goals professionally or treat them in different ways, as the case may be.
